Redeem Booking Bonus

TERMS AND CONDITIONS For new bookings only - cancel re-booked reservations do not qualify for the booking bonus. The booking bonus will be paid in U.S. Dollars and sent in the form of a check. The Kahala Travel Agent Booking Bonus Program applies to all IATA travel agent individual bookings made direct or through a contracted wholesaler. It is applicable to all promotions and packages. It does not apply to bookings made at special web or group rates. Booking Bonus blackout dates apply during Holiday Season (December 23th, 2023 – January 2nd, 2024). Forms must be submitted within 12 months after the guest has completed their stay. The Booking Bonus checks will be issued upon receipt of a form and verification of stay at the booked rate. Please allow us (30) days to process from date of stay of last booking date on your submitted form. Your Booking Bonus checks are non-transferable and valid for one year from date of issue. The Kahala Hotel & Resort reserves the right to change at any time the terms and conditions of this Booking Bonus program without prior notice.
