Rooms and suites allow for double occupancy as a standard and can accommodate a maximum three adults (18 and older) or two adults and two children (17 and under) per room. Two bedroom suites can accommodate 6 adults or 4 adults and 4 children. All guests must be 18 years or older to confirm room or suite accommodations.

3rd adult charge is an additional cost of $100 daily plus taxes and $85 daily per rollaway bed plus taxes.

Children 17 and under are free if using existing bedding. Extra bed charge for children is an additional $85.00 daily plus tax, maximum one per room. Cribs are complimentary.

Two rooms requiring connecting doors must be confirmed in advance by calling Kahala Reservations directly, a $250.00 plus tax one time charge will be applied to guarantee the rooms. All room location and bed type requests are subject to availability.

The State of Hawaii Transient Accommodations Tax is 10.25%. This, together with the 4.712% Hawaii State Excise Tax and the 3.00% Oahu Transient Accommodations Tax, means that the total applied taxes for hotel accommodations will be 17.962%. All rates and room location requests are subject to category availability. Credit card information is required at the time of booking.

Rooms & Suites: One-night room and tax deposit processed at time of reservation. One-night cancellation charge processed for cancellations and no-shows received within 7 days of scheduled arrival from now until December 31, 2024. 

Signature Suites: Two-night room and tax deposit due at time of reservation and refundable if cancellation occurs 30 days prior to arrival date.

For individual reservation of 10 nights or more, deposit of 20% of the total stay required at time of booking. Other rates and restrictions apply for Advance Purchase rate plans and the December Holiday stay period.
