Kainoa II Boardroom

At 415 square feet, this room can accommodate 12 people. Located on the Lobby Level, it opens out onto a private garden. Internet access and audiovisual equipment is available for an additional fee.

Maile Ballroom

The expansive ballroom, complete with gorgeous glass chandeliers and overlooking a private lagoon, can host up to 450 people across its 8,800 square feet.

Waialae Ballroom

With an elegant waterfall feature outside and decadent interiors, this ballroom offers over 2,700 square feet of possibilities and can accommodate 40 to 120 people based on the function.

Kainoa I Meeting Room

Specifically designed with smaller meetings in mind, this flexible room can be reconfigured into U-shaped, classroom and theater-style layouts. Equipped with a built-in white board and climate controls, at 415 square feet, it can comfortably accommodate 14 people.

Kahala o Ke Kai

This prime oceanfront room offers unparalleled views of the Pacific with folding glass doors that open to a pristine lawn area. The 16โ€™ x 48โ€™ function space seats a maximum of 40 guests using four rounds of 10 or up to 30 guests at a large oval-shaped table. With its indoor/outdoor functionality, Kahala o Ke Kai is the ideal room for an intimate morning or evening event.

Set against the breathtaking backdrop of Oสปahuโ€™s coastline, Plumeria Ocean Grove is an exclusive oceanfront venue. Surrounded by fragrant plumeria blossoms and swaying palms, this lush seaside lawn offers a serene setting for unforgettable celebrations. At 1,936 sq ft we can accommodate maximum 100 guests at a cocktail reception and 80 guests for a buffet dinner.

Koko Head Ocean Lawn

Gather outdoors under breezy palm trees and stunning beachfront views. The Koko Head Ocean Lawn is perfect for those looking for space and flexibility. Perfect for lลซโ€™aus, buffet dinners, or cocktail receptions under the stars. At 6,000 sq ft (558 sq m) we can comfortably host parties with sizes ranging from 150-300 guests.

Kainoa Garden

Located on the Lobby Level, this private garden has direct access to the Kainoa Boardrooms. Kainoa Garden serves as the perfect extension for meetings and corporate events โ€“ whether as a welcome area, break space, or for post-session cocktails. At 1,040 sq ft, the Kainoa Garden can accommodate a maximum 40 guests at a cocktail reception and 30 guests for a buffet dinner.
