You can book the reservation online with the promo code KHREMPREF to receive discounted rate starting 20% off Best Available Rate plus applicable taxes per night based on 1 or 2 adult occupancy.ย Referring colleague must be employed at the time of check in and a travel pass is required. ย Please note the name of the colleague and their department in the comment section.

The Kahala Colleague Referral Rate Requirements
- The daily rateย startingย 20% off Best Available Rate plus applicable taxes per night based on 1 or 2 adult occupancy.
- Maximum occupancy of 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children up to 17 years old per room.
- Additional adult charge is $100 daily plus taxes.
- There is no additional charge for children 17 years and under.
- Bedding type of one king or two double beds may be requested at the time of booking but is not guaranteed.
- Additional bedding is $85 per rollaway bed daily plus taxes.
- Maximum length of stay is 4 nights per reservation.
- One-night deposit will be charged upon booking.
- The deposit will be refunded if a cancellation is made at least 3 days prior to the arrival date.
- The rate should not be introduced to the hotelโs past guests as colleagueโs friends or family.
- Blackout dates apply and availability is subject to change at anytime.
- Employee must be employed at the time of referral.
The Kahala Colleague Rate Proceedures
Print a confirmation email and ask a department head to fill in a travel pass.
Department head fill in necessary information on the travel pass and give the pass to the referred guest.
Referred guest will need to present the pass at check in.
